Stage 1

Representing the vessel during its call at Paradip.

The port call begins with the vessel. As steamer agents, PSAPL represents the vessel with the port and other parties for the duration of its stay.

Stage 2

Loading and discharge between ship and shore.

At the berth, PSAPL's stevedoring service moves cargo between the vessel and the quay during loading and discharge.

Stage 3

Moving and handling cargo within the port.

Inside the port, cargo is received, handled and moved between the berth, storage and dispatch, supported by PSAPL's equipment and machinery service.

Stage 4

Dispatch by railway rake or by tipper truck.

For the onward journey, PSAPL handles the loading and unloading of railway rakes, and provides tipper trucks on hire for movement by road.
